Kevin began his career as a CPA with global accounting firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers, working with private companies to analyze their financial statements, business processes, and internal controls. After 10 years he decided it was time to put that skillset to work for himself and found the RV and mobile home parks niche in the real estate market – this provided the opportunity to leave his job and jump into full-time real estate investing. He bought his first RV Park, the Green River KOA franchise, in 2018 and within 4 seasons grew that business to nearly double the revenue and in turn leveraged that equity to acquire 2 more KOA franchises in 2020 with Cam Bowen. In his free time Kevin likes to hike, mountain bike and fish with his family.
