Fort Phil Kearney

Fort Phil Kearney, a restored 1860s U.S. Army outpost along the historic Bozeman Trail between Sheridan and Buffalo, offers guided tours of its original blockhouses and earthworks.

Shell Creek and Tongue River Canyon

Shell Creek and Tongue River Canyon carve dramatic river gorges through the foothills, perfect for scenic drives, fishing, and spotting bighorn sheep on their rocky ledges.

Medicine Wheel National Historic Landmark

High atop the Bighorns, the Medicine Wheel National Historic Landmark preserves an ancient circular stone monument—believed to be over a thousand years old—and rewards visitors with sweeping views of the surrounding plains.

Kendrick Golf Course
